Costs are: Statement of account is $65.00; Transfer fee is $150.00; TREC Resale Certificate is $150.00. It will take 5 business days to process. For sooner than 5 day turnaround, a rush fee of  $65.00 is charged.

    If ordering a TREC Resale Certificate, payment  must be made in advance by check made payable to Beacon Residential Mgmt.

    Normal Statement of Account and transfer costs total $215.00.  Trec Resale Certificate fees and rush fees apply if requested or necessary.
