Collection of Delinquent HOA Assessments
All residents in the community are responsible for paying their HOA assessment whether annually, quarterly or monthly. Beacon Residential Management believes in fairly and uniformly collecting all delinquent assessments as a way of maintaining your community. We offer ACH debit administered payment plans at no charge to the Association or homeowner that will give delinquent homeowners a convenient way to get caught up on their past due assessments.
Maintenance & Repair Projects
Beacon Residential Management will meet with potential contractors, obtain a variety of bids and present them to the board of directors for their consideration on any projects approved by the board. This will free up board members time to deal with more pressing issues saving money and time in the process.
Financial & Bookkeeping Services
Beacon Residential Management will prepare annual budget proposals, handle monthly finances including collection and posting of assessment payments, preparing bank deposits, bill payment, and standard accounting of all your association's funds.
Representation at all HOA Meetings
Beacon Management personnel will attend all HOA meetings and be available to board members 24 hours a day. This type of accessibility cuts down on the time board members have to spend dealing with issues that can be handled by management personnel.
